By enrolling in any recurring or installment payment plan, you authorize ImmortalForge to automatically charge your card at the agreed-upon intervals until the obligation is fulfilled or canceled according to the applicable cancellation policy.
4. Payment Failures and Reattempts
If a payment fails, is declined, or is reversed:
We may reattempt the charge automatically
Access to content, services, or memberships may be paused or revoked
You are responsible for resolving payment issues promptly
Repeated failed payments may result in account termination.
5. No Chargebacks Without Resolution Attempt
You agree not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting ImmortalForge to attempt resolution.
Improper chargebacks—including those for services rendered, digital content delivered, or policy-compliant transactions—may result in:
Immediate termination of access
Permanent account suspension
Additional administrative fees
Blacklisting from future purchases
We reserve the right to submit all documentation, communications, access logs, and delivery confirmations in defense of any chargeback.
6. Refund Policy Reference
